Every plan comes with our core alerting and response features listed below:
A Location is one physical facility at a single street address, covering up to 100 users or 100 cards, whichever comes first. Additional capacity can be purchased if required.
Orgs assigned to a Location are unlimited and included in every plan. Orgs are typically created for each premise that must be alerted without triggering the rest of the site.
Dividing a site into more zones or orgs does not change your price.
An Intelligence Action is one piece of work the system does on its own: an AI After Action Report, a coverage plan, or a workflow step that needs judgement rather than a rule.
Our ‘Ask Rescue’ feature sits outside of metered actions. Questions are unlimited on every plan and do not pull from your available usage.
We apply a soft cap on Actions so nothing is ever cut off during an incident.
Punch Rescue offers large enterprise and high volue purchase pricing, as well as custom solutions for add-on and integration needs.
